Confirmation
& Info

Confirmation of your Booking is only possible through our e-mail address infos@suarez-hotel.com. You will receive one after your submission request. Payment Instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.

Deposit

To confirm the reservation we require a deposit of at least 50%
Final payment: The rest is to be paid on Arrival

Cancellation

In case of cancellations, the following percentages of the total price will be charged:

  • up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded

  • 29 to 14 days before arrival at our hotel, 50% of the deposit will be retained

  • 13–7 days before arrival at our hotel, the full amount (100%) of the stay will be charged

 

As soon as the deposit has been received in our account, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation.
